Privacy Policy of Ultra Fun Games (Meta Quest / Oculus Store)
1. Introduction
Ultra Fun Games values your privacy. This policy explains what data our apps access through the Meta platform, how we use it, and how you can request deletion.
2. Data We Access and How We Use It
Our app uses Meta’s Platform Features to provide leaderboards, friend-based challenges, and personalized gameplay. Specifically:
- User ID: Used to uniquely identify your account so scores can be saved, tracked across sessions, and displayed on leaderboards.
- User Profile (name, avatar): Used to display your profile name and avatar alongside your scores and achievements.
- Friends List: Used to show your scores in comparison with your Meta friends, and to enable friend-specific leaderboards and challenges.
- Challenges: Used to create and display in-game challenges, allowing competition between friends and global players.
We do not sell, share, or process this data outside the Meta platform. The data is used only to provide in-game functionality (leaderboards, challenges, friend comparisons).
3. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not store personal data on our own servers. All data is handled by the Meta platform. However, if you wish to request deletion of your game-related data (such as scores, leaderboard entries, or challenge history), you may contact us directly at ultrafungames.io@gmail.com. We will coordinate with Meta to fulfill the deletion request.
4. Compliance
This policy complies with Meta’s Data Use Checkup (DUC) requirements and the Oculus Developer Data Use Policy.
